Involve Your Students!
One of the best ways a SmartBoard can be utilized in the classroom is when the students are using it! Instead of having the students teach something through a PowerPoint presentation or by handing out worksheets have them create a SmartBoard lesson that fits into the curriculum and teach it to the class! This is one of the easiest and most usful ways the SmartBoard can help your students get involved.

SmartBoard Lessons
Once you have access to the SmartBoard in your classroom you must begin using it!! Finding lesson plans to fit into your curriculum is extremely easy if you do not feel like making one, follow the directions below!
Step 1: Go to this website:
Step 2: Click under United States the "view all" link
Step 3: Find your subject and grade level
Sep 4: Pick a lesson that fits into your curriculum
Step 5: Download it & teach it!
This is the easiest way to use the SmartBoard lessons in your classroom. Each lesson designed on this website is interactive and educational you cannot go wrong. Get the students out of their seats AT LEAST once a week and have them participate in a SmartBoard activity or review lesson.
